Members AGM lunch
The LVA organise an AGM each year where the Association’s Annual Report is presented. This is an opportunity for members to get together and feedback their views directly to the Association. It’s also a very enjoyable social occasion and an opportunity for the LVA members to meet for lunch and to listen to our guest speaker.
Annual BBQ at Anglesea House
This is a popular date in the LVA calendar for publicans and is an opportunity for the trade to come together in a social atmosphere away from the day-to-day pressures of the business to meet with their peers.
Networking opportunities exist at all LVAmeetings and seminars. This is an opportunity to talk to and learn from other people in the trade, share experiences on dealing with issues. This amounts to a big benefit over time as running a pub individually can be very isolating without the support of fellow members.
The Licensed Vintners Association has very active men’s and ladies golf societies. They organise regular outings to golf courses around the county and beyond. The golf societies enjoy a great social calendar and always welcome new members to join.
Celebrating 200 years of Dublin Pubs
As the Association celebrates 200 years of Dublin Pubs in 2017, there is a dedicated programme of events designed to inspire, to educate and to celebrate our collective success. Take a look at our bicentenary page to see the full programme of members only and public facing events.
