The Licensed Vintners Association (LVA) has published the trading hours that will be in place for pubs over the Christmas 2023 period.
These specify the permitted hours of trading for the on trade, per the Intoxicating Liquor Acts 2003/ 2008.
Between the periods 23rd December 2023 to 2nd January 2024, the following hours of trade will apply:
Drinking up time of 30 minutes is also in place post the end of trade times listed.
All off sales must cease at 10pm each day.
The following days have also been designated as public holiday over the Christmas period:
- Christmas Day – Monday 25th December
- St. Stephen’s Day – Tuesday 26th December
- New Year’s Day – Monday 1st January 2024
