Our Overall Approach
ARTICLE 32 (i) of the general data protection regulation : · Places an obligation on a data controller to “implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk” · The controller is to take into account: -the state of the art -the costs if implementation and the nature, scope context and purposes of processing. In regards to the security of personal data the LVA has put in place a number of appropriate safeguards. In general terms these are as set out below |
